I'm using this at around 1% in soda mixes - cola, rootbeer and even with grape it brings a creamy feeling (and for me a mouthwatering aftertaste) of a can of cream soda - but it is definitely not a North American "cream soda" unless you happen to be in NA and make your own soda syrups.
