can't quite put my taste buds on the problem ... it's not bad per se, i do use it, i've tried experimenting by adding raspberry for "raspberry ginger ale" and that was a mess. it seems there is an underlying note of spice that doesn't like to mix well with others.
**upon further work, and i'm very sorry to all i forgot to come back and update my review, use at low percentage - under 10% - and steep. I use ultrasonic now and makes a BIG difference. Here's a recipe if you like by Arnie for his Boston Cooler which is quite nice ... but modified by me.
