This one isn't a sour lemon you might expect. It's more of a lemon peel, Pledge furnisher polish sort of flavor. It doesn't have stand alone potential, but will add a discernable flavor for mixes. I tried a couple other lemon flavors and they simply didn't have a taste. This stuff isn't crap, but I'd only buy it if you have an intended use for it in a mix. It will perform, with it's Lemon Pledge sort of flavor.
